FAQ
Who counts as an active tester?
Anyone who marks a test result in the last 30 days. People who only view tests, runs or reports never count. The Free plan covers up to 5 active testers per Azure DevOps organization.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new install gets 14 days of Team, with no card needed. When the trial ends you move to Free and see a banner. Nothing is deleted.
I installed Testaro early. What happens to me?
Any organization that installed before paid plans launched keeps Team free for 12 months. After that you pay the price that was shown when you first installed.
Can Testaro ever lock me out of my own data?
No. Your test data lives in your own Azure DevOps organization, not on a Testaro server. If you go over the Free limit or a subscription ends, you see a banner — you can still open, read and export everything.
